The Myth of the Perfect Parent
Christianity Today, which I read infrequently, has an excellent article today, The Myth of the Perfect Parent, which I found incredibly encouraging. The older my children become, the more I realize how little I can "make" them do and that my parenting challenge is all a lesson in persuasion.
